The No-Refill left service: When a patient calls their pharmacy's automated phone assistant and has no refills remaining, they may choose to receive a one-time text message with a link to book a healthcare appointment. Consent to receive this message is given verbally during the call.
Consent and opt-in: You opt in by verbally requesting the text message during your call. No other opt-in method is used for this program.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with the service.
